Why not just buy software off the shelf?
Sometimes you should, and we'll tell you if a tool already does what you need. We build when off-the-shelf software makes you work its way, costs per seat for features you don't use, or needs three tools to half-do one job.
Will my team actually use it?
That's what the test week is for. A few people use it with real work first, and anything confusing gets fixed before everyone moves over. Each role only sees what it needs, so nobody wades through screens meant for someone else.
Can it connect to what we already use?
Yes. It can pull from and send to your accounting, scheduling, email and texting tools, so nobody types the same thing twice.
What about our existing data?
We import it from your spreadsheets and tools, check the counts with you, and keep the originals until you're comfortable.
Can you start small?
Yes. Many start with one screen, like a job board or a dashboard, and add the client portal or reports once it's running.
