This policy covers this website and how Proofmark Media, LLC ("we") handles information we receive from clients and visitors.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and whatever you choose to tell us about your project, used to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
- When you hire us: business and contact details and billing information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
- When you visit this site: standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) processed by our hosting and security provider to deliver and protect the site. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to text you about your inquiry and project: replies, project updates, and appointment and billing reminders. We don't send marketing texts. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. See our SMS terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. The only exception is the SMS provider that delivers our messages, which handles your number solely to send and receive them.
Client websites and data
When we build or maintain a site for you, we only access your accounts and your customers' data as needed to do the work, and we don't use it for anything else.
How we use it
To provide and bill for our services, answer questions, keep our systems secure and meet legal obligations. We never sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who handles it
Service providers that host our systems, deliver email and text messages, and process payments, each only for that purpose and under confidentiality obligations. None of them may use your information for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purposes above. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
