About integrations.
Will this change anything in my point of sale?
No. We connect read-only wherever the system allows it, which means the connection can look but can't change prices, inventory, customers or repairs. Your register keeps working exactly the way it does today. If a job needs to write something somewhere, like a daily summary into your accounting, we show you exactly what and get your OK first.
What if the software I use changes?
Software companies update their systems. We monitor every connection, and when something changes on their side, we update ours. You usually won't notice. If a change needs a decision from you, we tell you.
Is my data safe?
We only connect through each tool's official access, ask for the least permission the job needs, and copy only the fields the dashboard and messages actually use, not everything in your system. In most tools you can also see our connection and turn it off yourself at any time.
What if there's no official connection for my tool?
We tell you up front whether it can be done, and how, before you pay for anything. Some tools have a full official connection, some only offer exports, and a few don't allow it at all. You'll know which before we start.
Can you start small?
Yes. Most shops start with one connection and one job, like a sales dashboard or repair-ready texts. Once that's running, you decide if you want the next one.
