These terms cover text messages from Proofmark Media, LLC ("Proofmark Media", "we") sent from (314) 467-8699 to clients and people who contact us about a project.

What we text

Messages about your inquiry and your project only: replies to your questions, project updates, and appointment and billing reminders. We don't send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

• By ticking the text message box on our project form at proofmarkmedia.com/contact and giving your mobile number. The box is never pre-ticked and isn't required to send the form. It reads: "I agree to receive text messages from Proofmark Media about my inquiry and project, such as replies, project updates, and appointment and billing reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
• By texting our business number, (314) 467-8699, first, which opts you in to replies about what you asked.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

How often

Message frequency varies with your project, usually a few messages a month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.
• Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• To start again after opting out, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We never sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in for anyone's marketing. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
