Will I lose my orders and customers?
No. Your products, customers and order history move with you, and we check them against your old store before launch.
What happens to my Google rankings?
We redirect every old URL to its new page, so search results and links people saved keep working.
Do I need new lab reports?
No. We attach the ones you already have to the right batch on each product.
How long is my store down?
It isn't. Your old store stays up until the new one is signed off, then we switch over.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. Your new store runs on the domain you already have.
