About your store.
Can I add products myself?
Yes. You get a simple admin where you can add products, change prices and mark things sold out. We walk you through it at launch, and we're happy to make changes for you any time.
Can I move from Shopify, Wix or Square?
Yes. We move your products, photos and prices over, and redirect your old product links so customers and search engines land on the right page.
Do I need to take my own photos?
No. Your own are best if you have them. If not, we arrange product photos for you.
Can I offer local pickup?
Yes. Pickup shows up at checkout next to your shipping options, with your hours and instructions, and the confirmation email tells customers where to come.
What happens to my current site?
It stays up until the new store is signed off and live, so you never stop taking orders.
