These terms cover this website and work you buy from Proofmark Media, LLC ("we"). Each project also has a written quote; where the quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.

Projects

• Before we start, you get a written scope and a fixed price. Work outside the scope is quoted separately and only done once you approve it.
• Projects are billed in two parts: a 50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% before the site goes live. Invoices are in US dollars and due on receipt.
• When the project is paid in full, you own the site, its content and the accounts we set up for you. Third-party themes, plugins and fonts stay under their own licenses.

Ongoing plans

• Monthly maintenance is priced by project type and set out in your quote. Maintenance, hosting, platform and compliance plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled.
• Cancel any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

No refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable, including deposits, final payments and maintenance or plan fees.
• If you cancel a project partway through, we hand over the work finished so far. Payments already made aren't refunded.
• Ongoing plans can be cancelled any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made.

Compliance screening

Compliance screening checks your store against published rules and best practices for what you sell and fixes what we find. It isn't legal advice, and you remain responsible for your products and what you sell.
